It doesn’t matter how large or small a company might be – even if they employ thousands of people – the average person will form his or her judgment of the company from the initial contact with that one individual. If this person is rude or inefficient, it will take a LOT of courtesy and efficiency to overcome the first bad impression – that is, IF the average person decides to give that company a second chance.
